When do we collect information?

We collect usage statistics when a feature of inboxCARE extension is used. We only collect PII (your name) when you directly message us for customer support to allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, and to follow up with you after correspondence (Facebook Chat).

We use extension usage statistics in the following way:

• To see which feature do most users use.

• To improve our extension in order to better serve you.


How do we protect your information?

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We only provide exclusive features to improve Facebook using experience. We never ask for credit card numbers. We again do not store or collect any of user information. Your personal information is contained behind Browser's LocalStorage and is only accessible by yourself. In addition, when you log out of Facebook, LocalStorage is cleared so that no other person can access.


Do we use 'cookies'?

We use cookies to make the whole extension functioning.

Instead of having users to log in or log out, we use cookies. Also, most features from inboxCARE extension use those Facebook APIS that require cookies. However, no cookies is collected!

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.
